Kitten Heels
About six months before my knee surgery, my cousin D and his wife H came for a visit. H had knee replacement surgery a year before the visit. H is a very stylish and beautiful woman, who on that occasion was wearing thongs with kitten heels.....then and there that became my goal. So here are my very beautiful new shoes. I was so excited when I got them, that I was tempted to take them to bed with me that night......just like I used to when I was a little girl.....not so long ago.....well maybe it was long ago.....but not in my mind.
I wore my beautiful shoes the day of the party that we had for our son and his fiancé :)

First and Foremost: Love them - I would not only take them to bed, they would be on my feet as I slept! You'll be the cat's meow in your kittens.

They are gorgeous - I'm so envious! But why are they called kitten heels? because they are so small?

Terry: Thanks, I think so also....come on over and you can borrow them. Je pense that is why, the heels are very small....sort of like training heels :)
Ooooh! So pretty! Definitely the style I would pick out fo sho! Must be the Icelandic in me then, no? Wear them and dance away LovaMo'a! If anyone has ever earned those pretty dancin' shoes it is you!
And idiot me! I never mentioned anything about your beautiful artwork below! I thought I did! Absolutely beautiful but then again, you must consider me your number one fan! Well, perhaps after Lil' BoheMia who came running over to see the latest work by our dear Mo'a and her artist friend!
As for taking things to bed with you, too funny! I used to do that as a kid and now, Lil' B, on her own, has become quite the bedtime baglady with a bunch of little treasures she always takes to bed with her, your Nisse having been one of those for a long time until I convinced her to fork it over so that the cats and her brother didn't attack it! So for the sake of her Nisse's life, she gave in!

It tickles me that Lil'B took her Nisse to bed with her.....I love to hear how my art moves the owners and what they do with it.

When you create art and it and goes to it's new owner it seems to take on a life of it's own. This has always facinated me :)
